SUMMARY:Saturday Guided Long Meditation
DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, June 17\, we will have a guided long meditation. This is a special opportunity for group practice of the energization and meditation techniques\, including Kriya\, as well as the integration of chanting\, affirmations\, and guided visualizations from the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda. No actual instruction of the techniques will be given but Center Department – approved helpful tips are given. \nThe day begins with group practice of the energization exercises at 8 AM and follows our normal Saturday meditation format which wraps up at 1 PM. \nThis is best for those who have taken or are taking the SRF / YSS lessons. \nReader : Petronela \nPlayer: Petronela
